Building G is the centrepiece of the Viennese Office Park EURO PLAZA. Completed in 2008, the office building, with its spectacular glass façade comprises one five-storey and one eight-storey section. It was awarded the "Gold" DGNB certificate for sustainable construction.

As the centrepiece of the Office Park, EURO PLAZA G offers public spaces suitable for a variety of uses, as well as an impressive lobby, a central reception area and a large restaurant, all of which are available to all tenants of the Office Park. The building, situated in the south of Vienna, also has 520 car parking spaces.
STRAUSS Property Management’s services include, amongst other things, the management of a short-stay car park, the management of the serviced offices and conference rooms at EURO PLAZA G, and marketing activities for the entire Office Park. In addition, 16 further buildings on the site, with a total usable floor area of around 200,000 m² and 2,450 car parking spaces, are managed. STRAUSS Property Management thus makes a significant contribution to the success of Vienna’s most modern office park.
